This Electronic Signature Policy (“Policy”) governs the use of electronic signatures across all applications, software, webpages, landing pages, and mobile apps operated by Hashtag Bio Inc. and its affiliates, relatedcompanies, and subsidiaries.
By entering your legal name in any of our platforms, you agree that your electronic signature is legally binding and enforceable under applicable lawsand regulations worldwide.
Electronic signatures executed under this Policy carry the same legal effect as handwritten signatures and are admissible as evidence in court proceedings.

• Singapore – Electronic Transactions Act 2010 (Chapter 88)
• United Arab Emirates – Federal Decree-Law No. 46 of 2021

• Venezuela & Latin America – Recognized under regional laws (see compliance table below)
• Users may delete their signature at any time.
• Agreements already signed remain valid and enforceable for five (5) years from the date of execution.
• Signed agreements are stored under third party verification by Certifaction AG (certifaction.com), a Swiss based provider recognized by the Swiss government.
• Documents are preserved in a Swiss electronic storage facility, ensuring compliance with Swiss legal standards for authenticity, integrity, and enforceability.
In addition to Swiss verification, all electronic signatures are cryptographically secured and stored on the Hyperledger distributed ledger, ensuring:
• Immutability – Tamper-proof verification of signature and agreement.
• Confidentiality – Signature data remains encrypted and private.
• Integrity – Blockchain records serve exclusively as cryptographic proof of authenticity and consent.

• This Policy will be reviewed and updated periodically to reflect changes in legislation, regulatory guidance, and industry best practices.
• Updates will be published on our website, and users will be notified via email or platform notices.
• The most current version of this Policy shall govern and may be presented in court as binding evidence of our compliance framework.

• Email distribution upon request.
• Print copies for legal proceedings or compliance audits.
This Policy is governed by the laws of the United States of America, with international recognition under the frameworks listed above.
